Airrosti Therapy -- WORKS! I love my Airrosti guy!
Ok, so you are asking what an Airrosti guy is. He is a Sports Therapist who performs the Airrosti Rehab method. Airrosti stands for:

A quote from their website states:

Garden Mirrors Life
I finally broke down and bought me some posies! I am SO ready to start digging in the dirt and getting these babies in the GROUND!
I have never planted zinnias before, but my plant Buddy, Rebecca, had some in her garden last year and I was falling all over myself just looking at them. I love the color, and if you know me, you know that I am a chick who LOVES COLOR. NO TAUPE FOR ME!
(I have to apologize to Rebecca -- I actually "cheated" on her -- I went out and bought plants without telling her or inviting her to go...now I will have to go grovel...
But, I'll get over that pretty quick...)

Summertime -- from my Demo
This song on my jazz demo, "Summertime", is a song I practiced with J-GQ as a captive audience when he was a baby. I was singing with a big band at the time, and needed to practice in front of someone for the best practicing affect. He was the only one home with me during the day..
I love the guitar solo on this by my buddy Ed. I recorded it at was recorded in New Orleans at Word of Mouth Studio.

Korean Barbeque (Bulgogi) (You will want to eat this everyday!)
OK. So I have the greatest Boyfriend in the world. I'm so glad I married him. Of course, he said he married me because he felt sorry for me and felt that I was an experiment. That's okay. I tell him that I was so desperate and he was there at the right time.
But, truly, after dinners like last night, I am SURE I got me just the right personal husband. He made me some oh so fabulously ridiculously nummy, "goodlicious" (as J-GQ used to say) BULGOGI, (Korean BBQ). His mom used to make this for his family when he was small (she was Korean) and he has passed it down to our family. I'm pretty sure J-GQ will continue the tradition...
Are you ready? HERE GOES!! (And it's SOOO easy!)...

How to get Social Media Follow Icons in your sidebar - either vertically or horizontally
Ok, it has taken me FOREVER! to try to find a way to put SOCIAL FOLLOW ICONS (particularly the "F" for following my facebook page, and the little twitter bird on the right for following my twitter account.)
I finally figured it out, and here is how you do it...

Chick-en Verde
This nummy, easy meal is one of My Boyfriend's favorites. It can also be made with pork, but I am a chick-en chick. Cluck cluck. But don't call me chicken.
This is a one pot meal (well, two, if you count making the rice). So, I guess it is a two-pot meal, but still. It's easy...

The JoDog Therapy
Everyone should have their own personal JoDog. Honestly, I never really liked dogs before we got ours. But, when I realized that when I saw a baby and I actually wanted to hold it, I realized it was time for me to get a dog (because I certainly wasn't going to have another baby, as MUCH as I love and adore my son and would go through it all over again to have him). So, we got a beagle.
If anyone has a beagle, maybe they can relate to how great these dogs can be. My son wanted to name the dog "Dave" even though it is a girl dog. But he then decided that that was too masculine, so he named her "Jo". Go figure. Still confuses people. They still call her "he". And, since you can't shorten "Jo", we've lengthened it and call her "JoDog". There are plenty of other things we call her, too...

This morning, Amsterdam; Tomorrow, Wales
I'm in Amsterdam right now. I'm sitting at the edge of the canal, enjoying the wonderful old buildings and the houseboats everywhere. Some are actually ships, some are what are called "arks". This bustling city is the largest in the Netherlands and boasts about 1.2 million people. Bikes are everywhere. There are more bikes than cars. And, it's about 37 degrees. Perfect for my cup of Joe....
